Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking Safari

chimpsKibale National Park we'll take the scenic drive through tea plantations and a lunch break in Fort Portal town which is 34 kms from the Main Park. The Park is home to several families of primates including habituated chimpanzees. It has 11 species of primates, including many families of chimps and colobus monkeys, buffalo, warthog, Uganda Kob and over 300 bird species.

You will proceed to Kibale National park headquarters 8:00am for chimpanzee tracking. Tracking will begin and last for about 3hrs get back by mid noon.

3 Days Queen Elizabeth Uganda Safari

Queen Elizabeth National Park has beautiful lakes and rich grasslands which are set deep in the crater valley, this is truly the most breathtaking scenery in the park. The park spreads over an area of 1978 sq kilometers in the western arm of the Great East African Rift Valley 418 km from the capital Kampala and takes approximately 6 hours. The park is a home to a variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, hippos, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, baboons and birds all typical riverrine savannah habitats and the famous Kazinga Channel. In the Southern Parts is the Ishasha sector with the tree climbing lions and the Maramagambo forest, one of the largest surviving natural forests in Uganda. 3 Days Murchison National Park Uganda Safari

Murchison Falls National Park: The biggest national park in Uganda with an area of 3840sqkm.The River Nile divides the park into North and South sectors and forms a fall where it flows over the western rift valley escarpment. Here the river is forced through a seven meter gap in the rocks and cascades into a boiling pot 43 meters below with a thundering roar and a beautiful rainbow.

A vehicle ferry crosses the Nile at Paraa. This operates hourly between 07.00 and 19.00 with the exception of 13.00. Murchison Falls National Park can also be reached by air. Charter flights can land at airstrips north of the Nile at Pakuba (19kms from Paraa) and south at Bugungu (13kms from Paraa).

You will depart for Kyambura George, where we climb through a tropical forest to catch a glimpse of a variety of primates including the chimpanzee we return at 12:00pm we have lunch and we prepare our selves for a drive to Bwindi impenetrable forests Home to the rare Mountain gorillas After a five hour drive through villages, towns, highlands, and grazing lands southwest we get to Bwindi impenetrable forest for a Gorilla tracking safari.
